The V-Guard Viscosity Controller is a cutting-edge solution designed to maintain optimal ink viscosity in rotogravure printing, ensuring consistent print quality and reducing ink wastage. Equipped with an Auto Wash System, it performs a 70-second automatic cleaning using just 1 liter of solvent, saving time and effort. Additionally, its Warning System alerts operators when viscosity fluctuates beyond the set range or if the pump stops working, ensuring seamless and efficient printing operations.
